Dunk Dash is basketball stripped down to its most exciting ten seconds: get the ball, beat your man, and rise for a slam. Matches are quick and scrappy, with both players hunting the ball and racing toward the painted area, where a dunk happens automatically and emphatically.

There are no three-point shootouts here. The whole game revolves around the dunk, which gives every possession a clear, punchy objective and keeps the pace relentless from tip-off to the final basket.

How to Play Dunk Dash

When the match starts, grab the loose ball or rip it away from your opponent, then dribble hard toward their basket. Once you reach the area in front of the hoop, your player leaps and slams it home on his own, so your real job is getting there in one piece.

Controls

• Use the arrow keys, or slide on touch screens, to move your player.

Winning the scrambles

• If the opponent steals the ball, chase immediately; standing still gifts them an easy dunk.
• Use sharp changes of direction to shake defenders on your way to the rim.
• Stay between the ball handler and your basket when defending.
