About Orbit Dash

Orbit Dash is a minimalist arcade challenge built around a single input. You guide a glowing rainbow-colored line up a vertical course packed with walls and obstacles, latching onto anchor points and swinging around them before launching onward. One mistimed release and the run is over.

The simplicity is the hook. With only a hold-and-release mechanic, every score comes down to your sense of timing and momentum, which makes each failed attempt feel like one you could have survived. It is the kind of game that keeps pulling you back for another try.

How to Play Orbit Dash

The line moves upward on its own. Click or tap and hold to grab a nearby anchor point, and the line begins orbiting around it. Let go at the right moment to fling the line in the direction you want, then catch the next anchor to keep climbing.

Core Mechanics

• Hold the mouse button or screen to latch onto an anchor point
• Release to propel the line forward along its swing path
• Hitting walls, obstacles or anchor points ends the run instantly
• Your score grows with the distance you travel

Tips for Higher Scores

Watch the angle of your orbit before releasing, because the exit direction decides whether you slip through a gap or smash into a wall. Plan one anchor ahead instead of reacting at the last second, and use smooth, patient swings to build momentum through tight sections.
