Subway Santa gives the classic subway runner formula a holiday makeover. Santa Claus sprints down snowy railway tracks with trains, barriers and signposts in his way, and it is up to you to keep him moving by jumping, sliding and switching lanes at just the right moments.

The festive theme does more than decorate the screen. Gifts and coins line the tracks, and grabbing them while threading between obstacles gives each run a satisfying risk-versus-reward rhythm.

How to Play Subway Santa

Santa runs forward automatically and gets faster the longer he survives. Dodge oncoming trains and barriers by moving between the three lanes, leap over low obstacles and roll under high ones. Hitting anything ends the run and records your distance.

• Left and right arrows or swipes to change lanes
• Up arrow or swipe up to jump
• Down arrow or swipe down to slide

Tips for a Longer Run

Stay in the middle lane when things are calm so you have an escape in both directions. Watch for trains arriving side by side, which force quick double lane changes, and only detour toward gift piles when the track beyond them is clear. Smooth, early inputs beat panicked last-second swerves every time.
